Natasha Maw

Natasha Maw is a coach and trainer. She works with media companies, academia and the public sector in the areas of personal and team development and communication skills.

Her background is in broadcast journalism where started as a Local Radio Radio Reporter, then ran an independent commercial radio station, and worked at the BBC as a Producer, Trainer, Executive Coach and Mediator. Latterly, she helped develop the BBC Creative Leadership Course which was rolled out across BBC radio and television, to help leaders work with rapid change and instill new working practices.

Currently she is running two mentoring schemes for the BBC and one for Ravensbourne, a digital media and design college. She is engaged on a consultancy project on mentoring for the Longford Trust and is currently co-designing an Executive Masters at Cass Business School in Medical Leadership and co-authoring a book on Expert Leadership. She sits as a Trustee on the Sandford St Martin Trust.
