Rosie Bartlett

Rosie is a journalist and communications consultant with over 18 years of international training and production experience for the BBC and global NGOs.

She has produced events and tailored training and mentoring for women across the broadcasting sector, notably with BBC’s Global Women in News to launch their training strategy, specializing in confidence skills and approaches to flexible working.
Rosie comes from over 15 years production experience at the BBC World Service and has reported on international news and development around the world. She managed international journalism and production training for the BBC’s international office overseas, training staff from Abuja to Washington in reporting, writing and impartiality skills. She was a Senior Broadcast Journalist for The World (a radio co-production between the BBC World Service and PRI/WGBH, Boston) and produced news and human interest stories for the BBC World Service’s flagship programmes.

She is passionate about using training and development for the promotion of global health and development and works with www.gacd.org on international communications strategies and training solutions for major, multi million dollar international grants.

Rosie is a trained mediator and BBC career coach.
