Executive Coaching
Our executive coaching includes clients in Commercial Radio, the BBC, Cass Business School and the NHS. We are currently delivering the Sandy Chalmers mentoring scheme for the BBC. We delivered confidence training and consultancy for BBC Global Women in News as part of a wider Women’s Development Programme. We ran a successful mentoring programme for Ravensbourne College to embed a mentoring culture.

We have developed a BAME mentoring scheme for AudioUK, and mentoring schemes for BBC Local Radio and Sound Women. Currently we are working with the Longford Trust to evaluate their mentoring programme.
